"Walking around the most touristy parts of Vienna this summer, filled to the brim with all kinds of different people, I became interested in picking out the most intriguing and unique personalities, and seeing how they fit into the space I found them in. The old lady, seemingly on a spotlit stage of some sort, was walking through Michaelertor when I spotted her. The big entrance hall to the Spanische Hofreitschule has a ceiling with little openings, through which the sun shines during summer months. This creates illuminated areas in the otherwise dark hall, which, when people walk through them, makes them the main character of the scene for a couple of moments."
